		<description><![CDATA[Carnea de porc se taie cuburi mici si se prajeste timp de 10 minute in ulei, amestecand pana se rumeneste peste tot. Se adauga apoi ceapa taiata subtire si se lasa la calit impreuna cu carnea inca 3-5 minute, la sfarsit se adauga morcovii taiati rondele si se calesc impreuna timp de 3-5 minute.

Peste amestecul rezultat se toarna rosiile decojite, apa, sarea si zaharul, se acopera vasul si se lasa la fiert 40-45 de minute pana cand carnea s-a inmuiat.

Turtele se prepara cu 15 minute inainte de a fi carnea fiarta. Intr-un castron se pune faina, praful de copt, bicarbonatul de sodiu si sarea si se freaca cu untul sau margarina pana ce amestecul arata ca firmiturile fine de paine.]]></description>
